Our Workout Log contains the training logs for Aaron and Sam Anderton and Phil Tyler on our bodybuilding blog!
You can see exactly what exercises we are doing, and how many sets and reps, too. You can see the exact poundages used and we will make notes of our bodyweights and what supplements we are taking. Our training log is a bodybuilding blog that you can check on to keep up with the latest in effective training and supplementation.
We will include all of our training on this blog, and in our training log you will be able to track which training worked well for us, and which training wasn't as successful. That goes for supplements as well. If you see that we start a new supplement and things remain the same, maybe that supplement wasn't so good. But, when you see a big improvement in training poundages after beginning a new supplement, you know we have a winner!
