#1 Customized Workout:
This program will include a daily layout of weight training and cardiovascular exercises that will be performed. It will cover proper exercise selection and sequence, sets, reps, rest intervals and intensity requirements. All this will be customized to your needs in physical development.

#2 Customized Nutrition Plan: I will put together a daily meal plan tailored towards your goals. It will include meal timing, proper ratios of protein, carbohydrates and fat and a list of the foods you should eat including quantities.

#3 Customized Workout, Nutrition, and Supplementation Plan: This program combines a weight training and cardiovascular workout tailored to your needs and a daily meal plan including all the proper supplementation you will need to accomplish your goals.
Member price- $134.95
#4 Personal Coaching via E-Mail: We will correspond 3 times per week for 6 weeks, and I will answer your questions and adjust your program for maximum results.
Member price- $149.95
#5 The Total Package: This program combines #3 and #4 to give you the best chance for success in reaching your goals. By combining all of the plans into one, you are afforded every opportunity to succeed. If you put forth the effort and stick with it, you will be thrilled with the results!
