When I did some time in prison they took the free weights.I love doing squats and vertical leg pressing,so I needed to blast my legs without weight or plyos.I decided to perform walking lunges,but once I got started I kept at it for two hours non stop.The other inmates thought I had lost my mind,maybe for two hours I did.Couldnt walk very well for 3-4 days after.I mean non-stop no rest periods no sets just kept lunge walking straight thru the entire rec period.
