Gakic Review

This is a no-nonsense GAKIC review, the revolutionary body building supplement, written in layman’s terms and with personal experiences so that you can make your own decision about it.
Since it was introduced for sale in October 2005, Gakic has been hyped by Muscletech with advertisements in every magazine. These ads would have you believe that it is a miracle product that will give you instant strength gains and improved strength endurance. Like many new body building supplements, these ads are received with great skepticism by many athletes who have fallen for one too many of these supplement claims.
I am one of those guys who are usually skeptical of outrageous claims by supplement companies, but this supplement was backed up by over 7 years of study at the University of Florida and the experiments were published in medical journals. I reasoned that the claims of Gakic were so outstanding, and the documentation of its properties was so extensive, that I should do an experiment of my own.
On October 1, 2005 I competed in a Power lifting contest done with no supportive equipment other than a lifting belt.
I achieved personal bests in all three lifts as follows: Squat- 585 pounds, Bench Press- 455 pounds, Deadlift- 690 pounds. The following week I received my order of Gakic and decided to begin my experiment. There was another Power lifting contest run by the same organization in two months, so I decided to use this exciting new supplement for 8 weeks and see if it measured up to the claims, and really was the best body building supplement on the market.
The first few workouts I did, I noticed that I did not feel any extra energy and the weights did not feel any lighter, but I could just do more reps before my muscles failed. Because of that, I also got some big muscle pumps that made it hard to get into the proper position to do some exercises, like barbell curls. I reasoned that this ability to lift more weight for more reps would help me build muscle fast.
Within the first couple of weeks, my strength was growing by leaps and bounds. I did a personal best on the Incline Bench of 315 pounds for 10 reps and 185 for 10 reps on the Barbell Curl. The next thing I knew, I had done 405 for 6 reps on the Bench Press and 315 for 10 on a triceps exercise called the JM Press, which is a cross between skull crushers and a Close-grip Bench Press. My Deadlift weights were going up and up and even my Shrugs were up to 545 pounds for 10 reps.
Finally, the day of the contest came and I was ready to see if Gakic was really the best body building supplement, or if it was all hype. Actually, I already had my answer, but the weight I lifted at the contest would prove it. I had hurt my chest a few weeks earlier, so I knew I wouldn’t be able to lift as much as I wanted, but I still wanted to improve on my personal best of 455 in a contest with no supportive equipment.
The Gakic had helped me build muscle fast, because my body weight had climbed to 334 pounds and I felt strong. I took my first of three attempts in the Bench Press with 435 pounds, and it went up easily. My second attempt was for a personal best of 460 pounds, and it also went up without any pain. My third attempt of 470 started off okay, but then I felt a slight tearing in my chest, so I called for my spotter to take the weight. The injury was only a strain, so I just needed to rest it for awhile. On to the Deadlift.
I took my first attempt at 665 pounds and it came up easily. My second attempt at 700 actually felt better! I decided to go for 725 on my final attempt, for a state record. As soon as I began the pull, I could tell it was going to be hard, but I didn’t give up. I just kept pulling as the bar slowly inched up my legs and I pulled my shoulders back until I locked it out. It was hard, but it was a 35 pound improvement over my personal best from two months earlier, and a state record. I owed it all to Gakic, the best body building supplement available to build muscle fast. It was the real deal!
In case you were wondering, I have continued to make big gains and actually did 405 for 5 reps on the Incline Bench just a few months later. If you are serious about getting results, you should give it a try.
