How to Build Muscle Fast
Build muscle fast by increasing your testosterone.
Walk in to most gyms and you'll usually see the same thing. At the power racks, if your not at a commercial gym you'll find some guys doing squats or deadlifts, if it is a corporate gym they'll be doing curls.
In training facilities across America you have three different types of people working out. Incidentally this is not through research you can go look up just my personal observations.Group one is usually there to get a flat stomach, men and women, and they'll often spend at least thirty minutes to an hour on bench pressing exercises, biceps, and another thirty-forty minutes on abdominal muscles. They are often wearing the latest Nike apparel, will have their Blackberry on their hip and usually the magazine that they saw the workout they are doing close by.

Group number two is often times the average Joe, sometimes skinny but not always, and his desire is to be huge. He show's up does a couple of stretches to warm up and he's ready to break his previous PR. He wants to build muscle fast, and he's not willing to wait. He's had two protein shakes today and its not even noon. He's planning on doing at least a dozen or so sets on chest today, depending on how he feels, and he'll probably hit arms again today after several of his friends commented that it looks like he's been working out.
Group number three is the minority. This group, most often men but sometimes women, show up and go immediately to the foam roller stacked in the corner. They'll spend fifteen to twenty minutes rolling various parts of their body on this hard foam cylinder and then stand and start to circle every joint in their body. After several minutes of that many will start to go through a series of body weight movements. Movements such as planking, push ups, squats, jumping jacks, lunges and jumping rope. Next comes a little work on thier abdominal muscles. Then, and only then, will they go and start to pick up their first dumbbell or barbell.
Group three understands that to get really strong and add muscle to your body you have to lift heavy weights. They understand and appreciate full body movements and know that short quick workouts will get them far greater bodybuilding results then long drawn out ones.
Them men in particular know that their "man" hormone, testosterone, level will drop after approximately forty five minutes of intense training. This group also gets that in order for them to get strong and add muscle they cannot do it being injured, tired or so sore that they can't workout for a week.To get big, strong and muscular you need to thoroughly warm up your entire body. You need to have adequate rest, be fully hydrated and last but most importantly you need to have short quick intense workouts. Workouts that incorporate the most muscle possible using the entire body.
So you see you can build muscle fast if you just do things the right way. Good Luck!
