BIG GUNS BICEPS WORKOUT




This Biceps Workout is only for those who want Big Guns, with massive biceps that stretch your sleeves to the limit!

When I first started bodybuilding, I wanted to build arms like Mike Matarazzo, and this is the way to do it. We will work your biceps with a heavy compound movement for size and power, and follow it up with some different exercises at varying angles to flush them with blood. If you want huge, vein popping Big Guns like Ronnie Coleman, this is the best biceps workout for you!

Let me warn you first that this is a very demanding workout if you do it right. You may want to take some GAKIC before training to help you make it through.

The first thing we will do is start with heavy Barbell Curls. This exercise is a must for massive biceps. Take a barbell without adding any weight, grip it with your hands about shoulder width apart and curl it for 10 repetitions. Remember to refrain from leaning back too much, and make sure you flex your biceps at the top of the movement. Stretch your biceps and add enough weight to the bar to limit you to 8 reps in good form. Perform 5 sets of 6 to 8 reps making sure to flex the biceps and make them work. Stretch your biceps and rest for 2 minutes between every set.

The next exercise in the Big Guns Biceps Workout will be Incline Dumbbell Curls. Take a pair of light dumbbells and prepare your arms by doing a light set in perfect form.

Sit down on the Incline bench with the dumbbells in hand. Lean back and allow your arms to hang down at your sides. Keeping your upper arms perpendicular with the floor, curl the dumbbells up until your biceps are fully contracted. Pause and squeeze at the top for a moment, then lower the weights slowly to the starting position again. Stretch and rest for 2 minutes between sets. Take a pair of dumbbells that will limit you to 12 reps and perform 4 sets of 12 reps with all of the concentration and effort you can muster. Make this the best biceps workout ever!

Even though your biceps should already be engorged with blood, and already look like the Big Guns you are training for, we have two exercises to go. This time find a preacher curl machine if you can. You can do regular preacher curls if you need to, but the machines give you more resistance at the top, which is what we are looking for. Select a weight on the weight stack that you can curl for 10 reps. Curl the weight quickly to the top and squeeze for 2 seconds before slowly lowering. Repeat that process for all 10 reps. Perform 4 sets like this, stopping to stretch the biceps and rest for 2 minutes between each set. There’s no doubt that those Big Guns are pumped now! You may think that you can’t do any more, and you might be right, but we are going to try. That’s what it takes to reach new levels in massive biceps.

The final exercise for this biceps workout is performing a front double biceps pose with the cable crossover machine. You take one handle in each hand and perform a front double biceps pose. Make sure the weight is the same on each weight stack and squeeze your biceps as hard as you can. Allow your arms to straighten under control, and curl again, and again until you have completed 12 reps. Stretch and rest for 2 minutes and do one more set.

You have completely blasted your biceps and probably had one of the best biceps workouts of your life. Your arms are pumped and huge and feel like they are bursting out of their skin. More importantly, you have stimulated the kind of growth that translates into Big Guns! All you need to do now is get some protein and your favorite supplements to help you recover and grow.
